Last week, it was announced that a new home for foster children is being put in at the old Rippling Waters Campground in Jackson County. The home, called Ranch 180, is being organized by Mike Davis, who spoke to WMOV's Tom Susman about the project. Tom also spoke with Charleston attorney Jesse Forbes, who has been involved in litigation regarding youth camps and schools in West Virginia, about what considerations need to be taken into account with the project.
